La journ\u00e9e s&rsquo;est compl\u00e9t\u00e9e par une immersion chez <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.st.com\/content\/st_com\/en.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">STMicroelectronics<\/a><\/strong> \u00e0 Crolles, o\u00f9 les \u00e9tudiants ont eu l&rsquo;opportunit\u00e9 de d\u00e9couvrir la salle blanche, assister \u00e0 une pr\u00e9sentation sur l&rsquo;industrie 4.0 chez ST, travailler en \u00e9quipes et \u00e9changer avec des managers et des responsables des ressources humaines.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-2173d41 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"2173d41\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-row\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-66 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-c2603b8\" data-id=\"c2603b8\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b8c8c21 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b8c8c21\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>Les objectifs de cette journ\u00e9e \u00e9taient multiples : \u00e9largir les connaissances des \u00e9l\u00e8ves sur l&rsquo;industrie 4.0 et les sensibiliser \u00e0 l\u2019importance d\u2019y associer la dimension humaine. Ceci a \u00e9t\u00e9 favoris\u00e9 par l&rsquo;\u00e9change direct entre les visions \u00ab\u00a0ing\u00e9nieur\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0management\u00a0\u00bb, ainsi que par une immersion concr\u00e8te dans le monde d&rsquo;une des entreprises parmi les leaders mondiaux dans son
