28, 2025, around thirty students from schools in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grenoble-inp.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Grenoble INP \u2013 UGA<\/a> participated in Kaleidoscope Day, co-organized by teachers <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/christian-def%C3%A9lix-823a2513\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wplink-edit=\"true\">Christian Def\u00e9lix<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/andreas-riel-40a63813\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wplink-edit=\"true\">Andreas Riel<\/a>. <\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-23e6c4e elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>This day allowed participants to:<\/p><p><strong>1- Strengthen their understanding of Industry 4.0<\/strong> and its challenges,<\/p><p><strong>2- Bringing engineers and managers together<\/strong>, promoting mutual enrichment of visions,<\/p><p><strong>3- Discovering digital and organizational transformation in the field<\/strong> of an industrial company.<\/p><p>This is the second edition of Kal\u00e9idoscope supported by the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/fondation-grenoble-inp.fr\/en\/nos-actions\/chaire-industry-4-h\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">' Industry 4.h Chair<\/a><\/strong>, following the first in 2024.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>The students took part in several activities, including:<\/p><ul><li>' <strong>Alternating visits<\/strong> to the F-Lab and the Customer &amp; Innovation Lab,<\/li><li>' <strong>meetings with managers and experts<\/strong>,<\/li><li>' <strong>interventions by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/christian-def%C3%A9lix-823a2513\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Christian Def\u00e9lix<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/andreas-riel-40a63813\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Andreas Riel<\/a><\/strong> on the human and technological challenges of Industry 4.0,<\/li><li>a <strong>company visit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.se.com\/fr\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wplink-edit=\"true\">Schneider Electric<\/a><\/strong>, focusing on observing the transformations brought about by Industry 4.0.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-ce4c000 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" analyzed:<\/p><ul><li>The hallmarks of Industry 4.0 in action<\/li><li>Changes in work organization and working conditions<\/li><li>Changes in professions and skills<\/li><li>The change management strategy implemented by the company<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-3463fcd elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>Finally, students were invited to join the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/youngmanufacturingleaders.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">YML Network<\/a><\/strong>, a European network of young people committed to a sustainable, digital, and human-centered industry.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b62919e elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"b62919e\"
