The ' Industry 4.h Chair<\/a>, port\u00e9e par la Grenoble INP Foundation<\/a> gr\u00e2ce au m\u00e9c\u00e9nat de la Caterpillar Foundation<\/a>, a pris part au Young Manufacturing Leaders Summit 2025, organis\u00e9 \u00e0 Milan les 13 et 14 novembre dans le cadre du World Manufacturing Forum<\/a>. Andreas Riel<\/a><\/strong>, chairholder of the ' Industry 4.h Chair<\/a><\/strong>, a \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9 en tant que conf\u00e9rencier. Il a prononc\u00e9 le discours d\u2019ouverture intitul\u00e9 \u201cMettre les plateformes technologiques au service des travailleurs de la prochaine g\u00e9n\u00e9ration\u201d<\/em>. La communaut\u00e9 Young Manufacturing Leaders<\/strong><\/a> est une initiative ouverte aux \u00e9tudiants, jeunes professionnels et travailleurs int\u00e9ress\u00e9s par une carri\u00e8re dans le secteur manufacturier. La ' Industry 4.h Chair<\/a><\/strong> soutient activement ce projet \u00e0 travers la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un hub d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 Grenoble, favorisant la participation \u00e0 des actions concr\u00e8tes du r\u00e9seau YML : cours en ligne, promotion des principes de l\u2019industrie 5.0 et valorisation des jeunes talents qui fa\u00e7onneront l\u2019industrie de demain.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Le mouvement Young Manufacturing Leaders \u0153uvre \u00e0 sensibiliser les jeunes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations aux nombreuses opportunit\u00e9s offertes par le secteur industriel. Il s\u2019attache \u00e0 diffuser les comp\u00e9tences cl\u00e9s n\u00e9cessaires pour relever les d\u00e9fis technologiques et humains de demain, en proposant des s\u00e9minaires entre pairs, des programmes de mentorat avec des experts et entrepreneurs, ainsi qu\u2019une participation active aux initiatives de la World Manufacturing Foundation.
