href=\"https:\/\/fondation-grenoble-inp.fr\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Grenoble INP Foundation<\/a><\/strong> gr\u00e2ce au soutien d&rsquo;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.edf.fr\/groupe-edf\/comprendre\/production\/hydraulique\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EDF Hydro<\/a><\/strong> (DSID, CIH et DTG) et d&rsquo;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.edf.fr\/groupe-edf\/innover\/rd-un-savoir-faire-mondial\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EDF R&amp;D<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p><p>Titulaire d&rsquo;une th\u00e8se consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 la surveillance des alternateurs hydro\u00e9lectriques, Guillaume d\u00e9veloppe des m\u00e9thodes innovantes visant \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la d\u00e9tection pr\u00e9coce des d\u00e9fauts, \u00e0 optimiser les op\u00e9rations de maintenance et \u00e0 renforcer la performance des installations de production d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie hydraulique.<\/p><p>The <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/fondation-grenoble-inp.fr\/en\/nos-actions\/chaire-twinhy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Chaire TwinHy<\/a><\/strong>, dirig\u00e9e par Gildas Besan\u00e7on, professeur \u00e0 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ense3.grenoble-inp.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Grenoble INP &#8211; Ense\u00b3, UGA<\/a><\/strong> and researcher at <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gipsa-lab.grenoble-inp.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">GIPSA-Lab<\/a><\/strong>, d\u00e9veloppe des outils de type jumeau num\u00e9rique pour accompagner l&rsquo;exploitation et la maintenance des infrastructures hydro\u00e9lectriques.<\/p><p>Cette distinction illustre parfaitement l&rsquo;impact des partenariats entre le monde acad\u00e9mique et les acteurs industriels : elle permet de faire \u00e9merger des innovations r\u00e9pondant \u00e0 des enjeux strat\u00e9giques pour la transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique.<\/p><p>The <strong><a
