[\u2026] En Afrique subsaharienne, cela repr\u00e9sente 69\u00a0% de la population [..] ce sont essentiellement des populations qui sont en zone rurale.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>C\u00e9line Cholez, professeure \u00e0 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.grenoble-inp.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Grenoble INP<\/a> et \u00a0sociologue sp\u00e9cialiste du march\u00e9 BOP, introduit les probl\u00e9matiques et les enjeux autour de l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9nergie.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00a0\u00ab Ce sont des populations qui, d\u00e9j\u00e0 actuellement, paient tr\u00e8s cher la plupart des services. [\u2026] ils ach\u00e8tent tous les jours des petites quantit\u00e9s, paient le riz 1,2 fois plus cher que les populations ais\u00e9es, paient l\u2019eau 37 fois plus cher, et l\u2019acc\u00e8s au cr\u00e9dit leur co\u00fbte 60 fois plus cher. \u00bb <strong>C\u00e9line Cholez<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Au programme, deux tables rondes :<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00ab\u00a0L\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9nergie pour des populations rurales dans les pays en d\u00e9veloppement : des mod\u00e8les viables et innovants.\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les trois intervenants font part de leurs analyses et exp\u00e9riences sur le sujet apportant une dimension \u00e0 chaque fois diff\u00e9rente mais compl\u00e9mentaire. <strong>Yves MAIGNES<\/strong>, Directeur de la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fondem.ong\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Fondation Energie pour le Monde<\/a> \u00e9voque les sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s et contraintes de tels projets et le r\u00f4le que peut avoir une fondation pour r\u00e9pondre au d\u00e9fi de l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9nergie. Puis <strong>Edouard DAHOM\u00c9<\/strong>, Directeur Afrique et Acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019Energie monde\u00a0 chez <a href=\"https:\/\/www.edf.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">EDF<\/a>, pr\u00e9sente les solutions que peuvent apporter des grandes entreprises du domaine de l\u2019\u00e9nergie.
