The project:<\/strong>
La capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 pr\u00e9dire le transport s\u00e9dimentaire est un enjeu soci\u00e9tal majeur pour la gestion des syst\u00e8mes naturels afin de limiter et pr\u00e9venir les impacts li\u00e9s au changement climatique et aux activit\u00e9s anthropiques telles que le tourisme et les am\u00e9nagements (ponts, barrages, ports, digues et autres structures…). R\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces enjeux n\u00e9cessite le d\u00e9veloppement de nouveaux mod\u00e8les qui prennent en compte les diff\u00e9rents processus hydro-s\u00e9dimentaires tels que les interactions avec les macrostructures turbulentes, les collisions inter-particulaires ou encore la friction. Ces ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes complexes et encore mal compris ne sont pas int\u00e9gr\u00e9s dans les mod\u00e8les d’ing\u00e9nierie actuels, ce qui nuit \u00e0 leur capacit\u00e9 de pr\u00e9diction. L’am\u00e9lioration de ces mod\u00e8les r\u00e9pond \u00e0 une attente forte des d\u00e9cideurs locaux et nationaux pour l\u2019am\u00e9nagement du territoire et la gestion des risques. Dans le cadre de ce projet de th\u00e8se, le probl\u00e8me de l’affouillement autour d’obstacles tels que les piles de pont sera utilis\u00e9 comme probl\u00e8me d’application en lien avec les pr\u00e9occupations de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d’ing\u00e9nierie ARTELIA. L’objectif \u00e0 long terme est de d\u00e9velopper des mod\u00e8les de transport de s\u00e9diments plus pr\u00e9cis qui int\u00e8grent des processus physiques complexes afin d’am\u00e9liorer la capacit\u00e9 de pr\u00e9diction des mod\u00e8les d’ing\u00e9nierie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

D\u00e9veloppement d\u2019un mod\u00e8le num\u00e9rique 3D open-source pour la simulation de l\u2019affouillement<\/p>\n\n\n\n

R\u00e9sultat attendu :<\/strong> Un mod\u00e8le num\u00e9rique open-source valid\u00e9 sur des configurations acad\u00e9miques et appliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 des configurations r\u00e9alistes d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat industriel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
