The project:<\/strong>
Despite the technological and organizational transformations driven by Industry 4.0 and Industry 5.0, women remain underrepresented in industrial careers. This project, carried out in collaboration with the association Elles bougent, aims to raise awareness among middle school, high school, and college-aged girls about the opportunities offered by modern industry. Through testimonials, interactive workshops, site visits, and discussions with female professionals in the sector, the project seeks to break down stereotypes associated with industrial careers and promote inspiring career paths.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Objectives:<\/strong>
\u2013 Make industrial careers more appealing to young women.
\u2013 Raise awareness of career opportunities in Industry 4.0 and Industry 5.0.
\u2013 Promote diversity and equal opportunity in the industrial sectors.
\u2013 Highlight the career paths of women engineers, technicians, and researchers.
\u2013 Encourage young women to pursue scientific and industrial training programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Results:<\/strong>
\u2013 Raising awareness among a growing number of young women about careers in industry.
\u2013 Improving the industry\u2019s image among female audiences.
\u2013 Contributing to greater representation of women in industrial training programs and careers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
