The project:
Faced with rapidly evolving industrial technologies, companies need to strengthen their employees’ skills in strategic areas such as Quality 4.0 and predictive maintenance. To this end, online training modules have been developed and integrated into velpTEC’s digital platform. Each course begins with a placement test that allows learners to assess their initial knowledge and tailor their learning path to their needs. The training courses are accessible remotely and can be taken at each participant’s own pace, thereby promoting flexible, personalized learning that is compatible with work commitments.
Objectives:
– Develop innovative digital training programs in Quality 4.0 and Predictive Maintenance.
– Promote the development of skills related to industrial digitalization.
– Implement personalized learning paths tailored to learners’ initial levels.
– Support the professional development of employees and future industry professionals.
– Facilitate the transfer of knowledge to real-world industrial environments.
Results:
– Rollout of online training modules accessible on a large scale.
– Strengthening learners' digital and industrial skills.
– Development of personalized learning paths based on initial assessments of prior knowledge.
– Improving participants’ employability and adaptability in the face of industrial transformation.
– Contributing to the development of digital skills and the innovation capacity of businesses.
– More than 241 participants have been trained to date.
