Promoting Industry 4.0 and 5.0 Careers Among Young Women

The project:
Despite the technological and organizational transformations driven by Industry 4.0 and Industry 5.0, women remain underrepresented in industrial careers. This project, carried out in collaboration with the association Elles bougent, aims to raise awareness among middle school, high school, and college-aged girls about the opportunities offered by modern industry. Through testimonials, interactive workshops, site visits, and discussions with female professionals in the sector, the project seeks to break down stereotypes associated with industrial careers and promote inspiring career paths.

Objectives:
– Make industrial careers more appealing to young women.
– Raise awareness of career opportunities in Industry 4.0 and Industry 5.0.
– Promote diversity and equal opportunity in the industrial sectors.
– Highlight the career paths of women engineers, technicians, and researchers.
– Encourage young women to pursue scientific and industrial training programs.

Results:
– Raising awareness among a growing number of young women about careers in industry.
– Improving the industry’s image among female audiences.
– Contributing to greater representation of women in industrial training programs and careers.
