The project:
As part of our efforts to promote careers in industry among young people and to increase the representation of future women in industry, we are carrying out a range of activities, such as training to discover industries 4.0 and 5.0. We are helping to revise the curricula and training capsules, in line with the current needs of the industrial sector and the organisation of workshops.
Project objective : Making Industry 4.0 more attractive to young people, particularly women.
Expected results :
-Large number of young people joining City Hub Grenoble
-A number of young people (particularly women) benefit from our activities.
-Participation in the development of learning paths, capsules and courses
