Exploring Industry 4.0 technologies
During this session, participants learned about major developments in the industry, particularly through Industry 4.0 technologies, and gained a better understanding of how these technologies are transforming industrial professions in practical terms. Two particularly committed teachers, Abdelkrim Najib and Olivier Bastard, accompanied several groups throughout the workshop, contributing to the richness of the discussions and the involvement of the learners.
Opening up to new maintenance professions
The BTS Maintenance students were particularly enthusiastic about understanding how their future profession is evolving within a ‘smart factory’. They were able to grasp the benefits of transformation technologies, not only in terms of performance, but also in terms of a more responsible approach, where human and environmental issues are fully integrated into industrial decisions.
Continue raising awareness with the GRETA network
Other sessions will be organised from the next academic year onwards, in collaboration with the GRETA networkin order to continue raising awareness and promoting careers in industry among learners. The aim is to continue supporting young people as they discover a modern, innovative and sustainable industry, and to give them the keys to confidently pursue a career in this field.
