The Industry 4.h Chair welcomes members of the Elles Bougent association

As part of its dissemination and awareness-raising activities, the ' Industry 4.h Chair hosted on 30 June 2025, in Grenoble INP – Génie Industriel, UGA , three members of the association ' Elles bougent, accompanied by colleagues from industry and teachers involved in technical fields. They took part in an innovative educational session based on the serious game Unlocking Industry 4.h, developed within the Chair.

Exploring Industry 4.0 through play

The aim of this session was to show how serious games can become real levers for facilitating the assimilation of sometimes complex industrial subjects. The discussions provided a concrete opportunity to address human-machine collaboration, the playful mechanisms that promote active learning, and how this game can be used both for the continuing education of professionals and to introduce high school students or BTS learners to the challenges of the industry of the future.

A shared commitment to opening up the industry to female talent

This meeting is fully in line with the objectives shared by ' Elles bougent and the ' Industry 4.h Chair : promoting careers in industry to young women, strengthening the place of women in technical fields and supporting their skills development in a sector undergoing rapid change. By bringing together teachers, engineers and trainers around an immersive educational tool, the Chair helps to create spaces for exchange and discovery that provide keys to understanding, but also make the industry more accessible, inclusive and attractive to the women of tomorrow.
