TRUST IN SYSTEMS AT THE HEART OF RESEARCH
A trust system must be robust and resilient in order to ensure the proper performance of its intended functions. It must guarantee the authenticity, integrity and reputation of its components. Finally, it must ensure the confidentiality of the information it handles and control access to it.
The priority of the research work that will be carried out within the framework of this Chair is to respond to this problem of trust in systems, both in terms of the integration of the various hardware and software components and levels and the various attributes associated with them.
A CHAIR WITH STRONG INDUSTRIAL AND EDUCATIONAL STAKES
Having privileged access to the research work and results of the Trust Chair, accelerating the implementation of industrial change, and having the opportunity to share and exchange with many experts are the reasons why major industrial companies have chosen the Trust Chair.
By strengthening its training courses, adapting the practical training and projects developed by the students, the Chair will enable Grenoble INP – Esisar to better meet the skill needs of companies in the field of safety and security, but also to facilitate the dissemination of techniques.
A modification of the programs will also be carried out with a view to obtaining accreditation, in particular from theFrench National Agency for Information Systems Security (ANSSI), in order to guarantee the partners a response that is adapted to current requirements in terms of security training. The accreditation of Esisar's engineering courses will reinforce the readability of the training towards the industrial world.
La Chaire Trust, adossée à l’école Grenoble INP – Esisar et au laboratoire LCIS, a été créée par un consortium d’industriels multi-métiers leaders sur leurs marchés : GRDF, Ingenico, Innovita Sensors.
Elle a un triple objectif : développer de l’excellence, consolider le projet pédagogique et renforcer le transfert technologique laboratoire vers industrie.
