Transformer les modèles économiques et organisationnels

Generate high-impact knowledge and work with economic stakeholders to develop innovative solutions to organizational, societal, and environmental changes.

In light of the profound changes currently affecting businesses and society, the For LIBRA Chair aims to actively contribute to the transformation of economic and organizational models. Led by the Grenoble INP Foundation and supported by the Fortil Endowment Fund, it combines academic research with practical action to develop sustainable, people-centered, and regenerative solutions. Backed by Grenoble IAE – INP, UGA, and the CERAG laboratory, the Chair brings together a multidisciplinary team to support the necessary transitions in the fields of management, service innovation, and organizational governance. Its ambition is to promote strong sustainability, in line with planetary boundaries, and to strengthen the capacity for action of economic actors through innovative human capital management.

At Fortil, we firmly believe that businesses must be active agents of change. By supporting the For LIBRA Chair, we are choosing to back committed, action-oriented research aimed at developing sustainable, responsible, and people-centered business models. Together with Grenoble INP and its Foundation, we want to make a tangible contribution to a transition that addresses the challenges of our time.
